There are three sets of clothes.
The one first posted in this date of Elvis in the audience is the only one of him in that attire at a Tom Jones show.
The rest are from two other occasions, the 8th and as yet an unidentified date.

There are three sets of clothes.

Checking the dates of Tom Jones concerts on Vegas in 1973, it lasted from Sept 6, 1973 to Sept. 19, 1973
So both photos cannot be on Sept 4, 1973

It is possible that the photo of Elvis standing in the audience is from 4th September.
Just that the performer on stage is not Tom Jones.
I'm not sure what the act was that preceeded Tom Jones but that they were the ones who introduced Elvis.
Obviously the other photos, or any photos, of Elvis with Tom Jones can't be from this date.
