Youtube links and abandoned format

Finally, Youtube has completely ditched the Adobe Flash Player format.
If I come across any links not working I'll fix them.
We now have a new tag - [ yt ] to use.
So you'll have the format, use the whole youtube URL in this format:-
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=id code goes here.
Put that between the [ yt ] (here) [ /yt ] tags and voila!

I've replaced every youtube tag with the new yt tag on every post on the entire site where it had one.
